I've loved playing dress-up since I was a little girl — and honestly, bridal hair and makeup is just the grown-up version of that.
Every bride gets one real-life princess moment and I get to be part of it. That's still what gets me out of bed for early wedding mornings!
I started my makeup career in 2006 in Southern California post college graduation as a way to pay student loans before figuring out the "next step". I really loved connecting with customers while I applied their makeup and in 2007 I took a leap of faith and applied to MAC Cosmetics. At the time the MAC artist was the cornerstone of their brand and long before the days of YouTube and social media there was the MAC girl. I knew I wanted in and was thankfully hired. The rest as they say is history.
I pursued academics while working for MAC and eventually left MAC to pursue a career as a classroom teacher full time, but I just couldn't put my makeup brushes down. I worked as a school teacher on the weekdays and did weddings on the weekends. Since then, I've helped hundreds of brides, have done makeup for celebrity clients and eventually left the classroom to pursue my bridal business full time.
When I'm not working weddings you can find me spending time with friends & family (I'm the proud auntie of 5 gorgeous nieces ranging in ages 13-2), loving on my animals (I have a Golden Retriever, Silvio, 3 additional rescue dogs, Marshall, Skye & Zuma and a few rescue kitties, some indoor, some outdoor), and cooking.

I take care of the timeline for beauty services, provide a team of artists should that be needed to keep things fun and not frantic and make suggestions from lipstick colors right on down to preferred vendors I love working with so you have the best day ever.
My cosmetics training from one of the biggest names in the industry, celebrity work , the hundreds of happy brides I've already helped and years spent teaching for a living shows up in how I work with brides now: technical skill that holds up under any camera or lighting and the patience of someone who's spent years explaining things clearly and making people feel comfortable.
I promise not to take any of this too seriously — bridal morning should feel like hanging out with a friend who happens to be great at makeup & hair, not a formal appointment. Expect good music, good conversation and zero awkward silence while I work.
